    Hii Frnd

There is no concept of difference b/n access specifier & access modifier , interviewers question this for confusion only . i.e access modifiers and specifiers are same . yes there are two types of modifiers access specifier and non access specifier as following
    1 access specifier :
    a.public
    b.private
    c.protected
    d.default
    non access modifier :
    a.static
    b.final
    c.synchronized
    d.volatile
    e.transient
    f.native
    g.abstract
i hope ur doubt is clear
    Thanks
