    im 2007 B.Tech(ECE) vth 59.74% from AndhraPradesh..i had undergone Java,J2EE training for 7 months..I had no experience.Now i want to try as 2+.Can u give ur suggestion?do u have any dummy projs,pls forward to me?

    If u synchronize a thread dead lock occurs r not?

    In one of the interview he asked the question.I said "NO".

    then he wrote the program like this....

    these are two threads ...if we run these threads simulltaneously,deadlocks occurs r not?

    While thinking about php job i got a job call from Hcl bpo for xml developer. So i neglect php job and concentrated in Hcl rounds. Atlast im selected in all 5 rounds and finally met hr. There the shock news. Pay is very very low 5.5k. There'll be rotational shifts. Its 3month contract job. No assurance for further. I asked time to join(coming friday). So please tell me is this average salary for fresher, will this useful to me because only 3 month job. What can i do? Join and gain xml training or look for better job? Plz help urgently.

    Which book would you prefer for understanding java. Is "java the complete reference" by herbert schildt ok or any other else?
